Palwasha Bashir won the National Women’s Doubles Champion ten times

Double maestro Palwasha Bashir once again defended her title and this is her 10th national badminton championship she has won. Palwasha defends the National Women's Doubles Champion ten times.

Palwasha shared her victory on social she said "Alhumdulillah by the mercy of Allah I once again defended my title. I won the doubles title with my partner Zubaira Butt by beating the pair Mahoor Shahzad and Ghazala Siddique in the final ".

The Pakistan Badminton Federation (PBF) hosted the 58th edition of the 2021 National Badminton Championships at Abdul Wali Khan Sports Complex in Charsadda from February 2-7, 2021. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Badminton Association held national badminton championships.

Palwasha Bashir is a badminton player born in Karachi, Pakistan. Bashir was crowned first national champion in 2009 and won the women's singles and doubles titles. Palwasha has represented Pakistan in various international competitions for several years now.

Govt of Pakistan also appreciated her dedicated effort, and make the Pakistan proud across the world,an official account tweeted about her victory.

Palwasha urged to trian the Pakistani girls for badminton Sports, in this regard the Support Cube Badminton Academy recently ran a free 4-day badminton camp in Nazimabad Gymkhana, attended by more than 45 teenagers aged 7-14.

It was first conducted under the guidelines of the Badminton Asia Shuttle Time Development Program under the direction of internationally qualified judge Dr. Sayid Akif Jaleel and arranged by Narmeena Ali at junior level.

Later, at the closing ceremony, national national stars like Iftikhar Hussain, Palwasha Bashir, Ali Mehdi and Abdullah spoke to the youngsters and encouraged them to train hard for a brighter future.

The brilliant badminton player Palwasha promised to train the youngsters at grass level and appreciated the camp organizers for running the program. Sports for Life supported the program and its CEO, Shezad Kazi, invited Dr. Sayid and Palwasha offer their youth education.
