Finance Minister Ishaq Dar Takes Action: Reduced Prices of Ghee and Edible Oil at Utility Stores for Immediate Relief

    • Market Price: Rs. 618-630 per kg/litre
    • USC Price: Rs. 540-590 per kg/litre
    • Difference: Rs. 40-78 per kg/litre
  2. Tier 1 Branded Ghee:
    • Market Price: Rs. 580-585 per kg
    • USC Price: Rs. 545-577 per kg
    • Difference: Rs. 8-35 per kg
  3. 2nd Tier Ghee (subsidized):
    • Market Price: Rs. 510-520 per kg
    • USC Price: Rs. 490 per kg
    • Difference: Rs. 20 per kg

As per the Finance Minister, the subsidized ghee is now available at USC stores for Rs. 490 per kg, offering a significant price advantage over the market. Additionally, the popular Tyrone brand ghee can be purchased at USC stores for Rs. 545 to Rs. 577 per kg, allowing consumers to save a notable amount on their ghee purchases. Similarly, Tyrone cooking oil is now priced at Rs. 540 to 590 per kg, ensuring a considerable reduction in comparison to the prevailing market prices.
