PCB opens the Club Cricket Registration Process

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has opened the registration process for cricket clubs and has received applications.

According to a PCB official, clubs can apply for registration using an online form available until March 24 at PCB official registration portal.

Only the club president can sign up if he has a valid CNIC and a work club email address. After successful assessment of the applications, the Presidents will receive a new online link at the registered email address that will allow them to enter the remaining details about the Member and Player categories.

The clubs whose registration does not go through in the assessment process will also be notified of the reasons.

A hard copy of the club's information will be submitted to the Chairman of the First Board of the relevant Cricket Association (CA) for further review and review.

Club registration is confirmed upon examination by an inspection team designated by the PCB.

In the first phase, only those clubs that have participated in Fazal Mehmood club tournaments organized by PCB in 2017-18 or 2018-19 and who meet the required criteria will be given the right to vote.

The other clubs are eligible for the right to vote after the second exam. There are three membership categories: Affiliate, Associate, and Full, with the latter two entitled to vote for their respective City Cricket Association
