Huawei App Gallery in Pakistan is steadily increasing and EasyPaisa app has been added to app gallery at the request of people.
Huawei has denied other services, including Google Apps and the Play Store, due to US sanctions, which is why the Chinese company launched its app gallery last year.
And now the company has announced that the potential number of monthly users of Huawei App Gallery has reached more than 700 million and is the third largest app store after Google and Apple.
The company released the numbers in a statement announcing the launch of the EasyPay app for Pakistani users.
In a statement, the company described the Huawei App Gallery as a new alternative to Google Apps and the Play Store. 210 billion times more apps were downloaded, compared to more than 700 million monthly users in July.
The number of registered developers worldwide for the App Gallery is 1.6 million, while more than 81,000 apps have been added.
According to the company, the app gallery is available to users in 170 countries / areas and Pakistan only. Based on user reviews, 2 top apps have been added, the last of which is the Payments app EasyPaisa
Google Apps and Facebook Apps are currently not available in the Huawei App Gallery. However, there are several categories including news, social media, entertainment, and more. If an app is not available to the user, the company says the user will be notified as soon as it is available.
According to the company, the apps downloaded from this app gallery work much better on Huawei devices thanks to an open AI platform called Huawei Hi AI.
Likewise, a feature called Quick Apps is a new type of installation-free app that provides the user with powerful features and automatic updates of HTML 5 pages, but it costs very little to save on the user’s device.
Quick Apps writes 1/5 percent of the code compared to Android apps that take up less space. With this feature, 2000 fast apps can replace only 20 apps in a GB of storage space.
