Bank Alfalah Partnered PM Ehsaas Ration Portal

Bank Alfalah continues its efforts to support the most vulnerable communities in Pakistan and is working with the Pakistan Poverty Reduction and Social Security Government (PASS) to become a donor of Ehsaa's ration portal.

As part of the initiative, Bank Alfalah will donate $ 10 million. PKR will provide much needed food to areas of Pakistan most severely affected by the pandemic. This partnership follows the bank's efforts to support communities in Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as part of Ehsaa's 2020 2020 cash payment program.

Bank Alfalah is the exclusive partner in the cash withdrawal initiative and has made payments in excess of $ 28.3 billion. PKR since inception.

The Ehsaas Ration Portal is intended to connect donors and beneficiaries through the existing database of Ehsaas beneficiaries. Donor organizations are subject to rigorous background checks before enrolling in the program, and recipients are also screened before accessing support.

A special feature of the portal is that donors and beneficiaries can be linked geographically, enabling organizations to make targeted sales efforts.
