How quarantine is so hard for the people's
Pakistan first confirmed COVID-19 case reported in Karachi, the person who got infected person claimed he has the contact recently in Islamabad city.
After the outbreak, the government started the measures to nip the pandemic condition.
There was a lot of human traffic returning to Pakistan from Iran was quarantined at the Iran, Pakistan border, because of the infection was suspected, but the condition of quarantine facility was so tough the government was lacking to provide the basic facilities.
Pakistan tally of 1296 confirmed cases with 10 casualties and number is emerging.
After that, the federal government decided to send the pilgrim’s to their provinces with the dedicated protocols, but somehow there was a breach observed and Coronavirus pandemic observed in Pakistan.
To avoid the outbreak the provincial government decided to keep the peoples quarantined by imposing the lockdown.
People around the globe having lockdown blues because of a conversation with your friend over a cup of coffee, a little gossip with your neighbor, trips to the shopping malls,
walk across the road and a long drive along the city are mind refreshing and life-sustaining activities that can not be done during the lockdown.
We have started prioritizing social life to the extent that conversation on of spending quality life with the family has been lost this is the basic cause that during the quarantine
it is so difficult for some people to face their families routinely.
It is a burden for them to just sit there with their parents, watch a Netflix series with siblings and cook delicious homemade food along with your families.
Quarantine is not a trap or prison, you are at your home in your room on a luxurious mattress having all the safe and sanitized objects to use, look around the things that are welcoming you to divert your mind from social stress and help you to cope with this quarantine period.
Focusing on mental health issues, isolation is already a notable factor on a global scale.
The people having autophobia are experiencing depression in the matter of whole quarantine thing, indeed quarantine is embarrassing to experience.
Special for those who cope with their loneliness by socializing but we are living in the 21st century which is totally dependent on technology you can still socialize while staying at home.
And yeah internet is our best companion to survive this quarantine period, you can easily get in touch with your friends through facetime or skype, on Snapchat by sending your home routine snaps and playing online games with your relatives and friends to beat this emotionally challenging isolation period.
So if you still find it hard to stay home, just take a deep breath and think sagely about entire COVID situation, would you prefer dying all alone in a prison, without even seeing the face of your loved ones for several days?
