The minister said Pakistani students graduating from Cambridge had been largely unfairly judged and ruined their hard work.

“I have received many complaints about unreasonable classification and referred students' concerns to Cambridge. I am confident that the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) will investigate this and take corrective action, ”the minister wrote in his statement.

Cambridge canceled its global exams in May / June 2020 and announced that it will issue certificates without exams. A four-tier scoring mechanism followed, including teachers' predicted grades, ranking, school rating / approval, and standardization.
