PUNJAB UNIVERSITY SCIENTIST DEVELOPED CORONA DETECTION KIT

Punjab university Lahore scientist Dr Muhammad Idrees developed a testing kit,for Corona virus detection in human body.

Centre for Excellence in molecular biology department of Punjab University has given a statement their Scientist has made successful testing kit which can be used for Coronavirus detection test.

Punjab university professor told,they build this testing kit with short time frame with in 15 days.
Dr Muhammad Idrees told they build the kit in Seven days and then sent a sample to abroad for synthesis after approval now testing kit is ready for Corona virus detection.

Professor told this testing kits is very cheap in price,cost about 700~800 PKR(5$),and kits are available in a large numbers.

As per Dr Muhammad Idrees yet they didn't consult with the government either they have the ability to diagnose the Corona virus in human body,because they were on the trail period and testing phase since end of January.

Now they have successfully tested and approved synthesis from foreign,they can provide the testing kits in a large numbers.

Corona virus tests laboratories are established in all over the Pakistan major cities to entertain the Corona patients,but that are performing a Limited number of diagnostic test as these testing kits have limited number availability.

In a press briefing Special assistant health to Prime minister Dr Muhammad Zafar Mirza told Corona virus test are not suggested to every one's as it is recommended only for those people's who has the abroad travel history or some one who has the relationship with any who has the virus.

Talking with media Dr Muhammad Idrees told they are also working on to make vaccine how ever it will take time, Punjab University will make history if they will get success in making vaccine.
