Pakistan Will Deliver JF17 Thunder to Nigeria in 2020

The Nigerian airforce has made an purchase agreement with Pakistan air force for JF thunder 17 jets for the Nigeria country.

The main purpose of this purchase, to fight with some insurgents groups in Nigeria specially the Boko Haram, This group is terrorist group which is working in the northern eastern nigeria and Chad ,Niger and northern Cameroon.

The Air Marshal Mr Siddiqui Abubakkar confirmed,Chief of air staff of Nigerian Airforce told the Pakistan Airforce will deliver the 1st Batch JF17 Thunder fighter jets to Nigerian airforce this year.

The Naval air chief stated they will recieve the aircrafts in this year month of November.However he doesn't confirmed the how many aircraft they will in 1st batch of delivery.Nigeria will purchase the aircrafts in different phases as per their economic conditions.

The JF17 Thunder is joint production of China (Chengdu air craft corporation)and Pakistan (Pakistan Aeronautical Complex) this aircraft has compatible high tech aircraft with a very affordable cost for developing country.

In1999 there were many sanctions for Pakistan to stop the delivery of US aircrafts to the Pakistan from western companies, So Pakistan decided they will not wait the lift of those sanctions and will build a own fighter jets.

The China provided 26 billion USD aid to Pakistan and Technical support to make a own aircraft.This aircraft has the state of the art avionics,low weight multi role combat aircraft it was in business strategy to sell these aircrafts.

Pakistan has already sold 4 aircraft to country Myanmar.
