PARCO is seeking applications for the following position:
MEDICAL OFFICER
An experienced medical practitioner who can independently provide general medical services and supervise the activities of other doctors and medical staff. The person should be a committed professional, who should be able to handle on-site medical services including emergencies.
The position is based at PARCO Mid-Country
Refinery, Mahmoodkot, Muzaffargarh
Qualifications & Competencies:
MBBS with valid PMDC registration
Excellent Communication and Relationship
Management skills
Emotional stability and ability to deal with pressure/emergency situations In-depth and sound analytical and decision making skills
Computer literacy with proficiency Office
Experience:
Up to 7 years' experience experience with a reputable healthcare services as family physician, including 2-3 years"
tertiary care hospital
Responsibilities:
Providing medical consultation and handling medical emergencies Supervising healthcare services provided to company employees and their families
Administration of medical facilities and emergencies at the plant and the housing colony
Engaging and interacting with healthcare specialists and ensuring quality services from them Delivering health awareness presentations, preventive healthcare lectures and organizing seminars, etc.
Executive health check-ups and pre-employment medical examinations
Age:
Should not exceed 40 years
