K-Electric's Emerging Talent Program (ETP) is an intensive and challenging experience that offers hands-on training, practical experience, and exposure to the organization's day-to-day operations.

In addition, trainees will be mentored by senior managers and will have the opportunity to participate in various projects, initiatives, and events that will allow them to demonstrate their skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities.
