With respect to K-Electric's Emerging Talent Program 2020, I'd like to inform you that the Gamification link will be live on February 12, 2020 and will stay live for 3 weeks!
How to find the Emerging Talent Program
Students can play the game anytime between February 12 - March 06. The below guidelines will help students go through the assessment efficiently.

- Register on the page and ensure all information is entered correctly.
- While registering, please include Bachelors Qualification (mandatory) and Masters Qualification (if applicable)
The game will take 40 minutes and once started cannot be paused or returned to later. It has to be finished in the first take so please plan accordingly.
The game willconsist of:
- Mini games that tests memory
- Cognitive tests which include Inductive Reasoning,
- Numerical Reasoning, and Logical reasoning; in short, a mini aptitude test
- Behavioural test which will consist of situational based questions
- Psychometric questions, which will test personality characteristics.
The game will start off with you (the candidate) having just joined K-Electric.

It is recommended that students play the game in their University's lab to avoid internet or power related issues that can happen at home.
