Punjab lowered the Curriculum for All Subjects

-

The Punjab government has lowered the curriculum for all subjects for all schools in the 2021 school year.

According to a statement by the Punjab Textbook Board, the syllabus for all subjects has been reduced by 40 to 50 percent.

Only essential topics are part of the curriculum being designed. Because the next academic year would only last six months (September to February) due to the coronavirus outbreak and the subsequent disruption of the educational process.

As announced by Federal Minister of General and Vocational Education, Shafqat Mahmood, the educational process is expected to resume from September 15.

In this regard, the Punjab Education Board recently completed the COVID-19 SOPs for the reopening of schools across the region to ensure the safety of students and staff.
