PCB announced the selection trails for the under 19 cricket across the country
Encouraged by the government's decision to open educational institutions from September 15, the Pakistan Cricket Board today decided to maximize the participation of teenage cricketers and hold open exams for the selection of six U19 Cricket Association cadres to participate in the national one-day tournament. from October 13th and the national three-day tournament from November 5th.
The open exams are now taking place from September 16 - 19 in the largest cricket centers of all cricket associations. Anyone born on or after September 1, 2001 can participate.

To ensure equal opportunities for all players and to avoid crowds at the locations, local players are tested on the first day, while teens arriving outside the locations take samples on the second day. This also helps the non-local players to plan their respective trips.
After the two-day activity, 40 players will be listed in each of the six cricket clubs shown on 18-19 auditions. September to make claims in the latest list of 20 players.
The experiments are performed under strict Covid-19 protocols available below, along with the experimental design. Players are advised to bring their own food and energy drinks to stay hydrated.

Players must bring original copies of their B-age confirmation form prior to the test.
Coaches from the National High Performance Center will be involved in the testing processes at the LCCA grounds in Lahore and at Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi. The trials in Abbottabad, Karachi, Multan and Quetta are conducted by members of the National Junior Selection Commission, who also participate in the team's head coaches.
Saleem Jaffar, Chair of the National Junior Selection Commission, said: “PCB was encouraged by the government's decision to open educational institutions on September 15 and has now decided to conduct open trials to select six U19 places for the national trio. . Daily and one-day tournaments.
“Due to the evolving Covid-19, the selection initially invited a limited number of players, taking into account the health and safety of young people.
“The choice also made this decision based on feedback and comments we received from various sites about certain deserving players who couldn't make it into the original 291 player list.
“Given the limited age range of cricket that has been played at grassroots level for the past 18 months and supported by the government's decision to open educational establishments from September 15, it is appropriate that we rethink and open up our strategy, thereby allowing all cricketers who are on or were born after September 1, 2001, are given equal opportunities.
"However, it is strongly recommended that qualified players bring their original B forms for age verification before the test."
Distribution of the experiments (experiments take place from 08:00 to 1800):
- First day, September 16, exams for localplayers
