NITB developed Rabta Asaan Chatbot for govt website for quick response

The National Information Technology Board (NITB) developed the simple chatbot available on the websites of various federal ministries and departments for quick answers to public questions.

NITB said: “Rabta Asaan Chatbot is an initiative of the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications (MoiT).

It is a digital citizen surveys portal available on every .gov.pk site. “Chatbot is available on various government websites to quickly answer questions about public allegations involving federal agencies,” said NITB.

Rabta Asaan’s chatbot facility can be found on the websites of the Ministry of Climate Change, Ministry of Trade and Textiles, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Energy, Federal Government Ministry of Education.

It is also available on Ministry of Finance, Income and Economy and Ministry of Housing and Works, Ministry of Human Rights, Ministry of Industry and Production for Information, Broadcasting.

Including National History and Literary Heritage, Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Ministry of Inter-provincial Coordination and Ministry of Law and Justice.

The facility is also available on the websites of the Department of Postal Service, Department of Privatization, Department of Railways, Department of Religious Affairs and Interreligious Harmony, Department of Science and Technology, and Water Resources Department.
