A nine-year-old Pakistani girl who broke the record of an Indian professor was the fastest and youngest in the world to quickly arrange the chemical elements of the periodic table.
Lahore-based science enthusiast Natalia Najam achieved the Guinness World Record title after ordering all items in the periodic table in just 2 minutes and 42 seconds on July 18, 2020.
She broke the previous record by 7 seconds.

The previous record holder was a India Chemistry Professor.

After setting the record, the young girl screamed with joy as the judges gave her a high thumb up.

Najam has achieved this by breaking the record for Indian business professor Meenakshi Agarwal, who did the same job in 2 minutes 49 seconds.
The young Pakistani girl hopes that her achievement will inspire children around the world to continue scientific research and pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
Many Pakistanis on social media welcomed their achievement as a "Pakistani young scientist" and as an inspiration for young children, especially girls, to study scientific topics.
Her father Hasan Najam says his daughter has no formal education and was taught at home, local media reported.
