-

Federal Science and Technology Minister Fawad Chaudhry said on Sunday that Pakistan will have its own large medical and electromagnetic industry for the next three years.“And I have no doubt that the United States will be our number one customer,” he said in a tweet.

The federal minister said, “We are already exporting disinfectants and personal protective equipment (PPE) to the United States.”
Last week, Fawad Chaudhry honored America’s kind gesture to supply 100 fans to Pakistan, saying the country was joined by a select list of countries that had made their own fans.

In a video statement, Fawad Chaudhry said that the gas mask is “a complicated machine and not many countries in the world are capable of it.”

The minister hoped that the country could meet its own respiratory protection needs and that the equipment could also be exported.

He said the following three concepts are also in the final stages. Pakistan would then be one of the few countries in the world to produce complex medical machines according to EU standards.
